Latvian rock trio B OPTIMIST will do a series of performances in promotion of their new album "GAITEŅI" (eng. "CORRIDORS"). These shows will also honour the band's 10th anniversary. The current program features energetic rock music, including songs from the album and the best music released so far.
The band will perform in Liepāja, at the Fontaine Palace club on February 4, in Limbaži at Music Bar Limbizkvīts on February 11 and in Riga at Tallinas street quarter "Angars" on February 18.
The band began rehearsals ten years ago, and after a decade, they are grateful to everyone who has followed and supported the group. Watch B OPTIMIST perform live:
The rock band released their 5th studio album "GAITEŅI" on December 6, 2022, which features 11 original songs written in the last two years. The album is available for streaming on several platforms. Watch the "making of" video:
In 2022, both "Akvareļos" (eng. "In watercolours") and "Tie būsim mēs" (eng. "It will be us") were ranked third on Radio NABA Latvia's Top 10. "Akvareļos" was also named one of the top 100 most popular songs of 2022 by Radio NABA.
Kurzemes Radio 2020 ranked "Nāku katru nakti" (eng. "I'm coming every night") as one of the top 15 best Latvian songs. The song "Kaut nedaudz kā tu" (eng. "A little like you") achieved number one on Radio NABA Latvia's Top 10 in the fall of 2020. Since 2013, B OPTIMIST has been performing dynamic and emotive rock music in Latvian.
