On Wednesday, March 16, the most acclaimed Estonian artists will come together in a three-hour charity concert Slava Ukraini. It will be broadcast simultaneously on television, radio and online. Hundreds of musicians will help gather donations for an NGO that sends first aid trucks to Ukraine.
From pop stars and hip-hop artists to rock bands and five different choirs - all of them will step on stage, perform and encourage to support Ukraine. President Alar Karis will speak at the event along with other influential thought leaders of Estonia.
Artist line-up: Svjata Vatra, Ivo Linna, NOËP, Nublu, Alika Milova, Marko Matvere, Lenna, Mihkel Raud, Hendrik Sal-Saller, Metsatöll, Curly Strings, Gameboy Tetris, Liis Lemsalu, Genka, Terminaator, Reigo Ahven, Villu Veski, Valter Soosalu, Laura Põldvere, Mari Kalkun, Daniel Levi, Jaan Jaago, Mihkel Mälgand, Raun Juurikas, Liisi Koikson, Ott Lepland, Raul Ojamaa, Riho Sibul, Britt Normet, Rute Trochynskyi, Vaiko Eplik, Marten Kuningas, Estonian National Male Choir, Estonian National Girls Choir, Chamber Choir Sireen, Chamber Choir Musamari, Estonian Radio Girls Choir.
All donations will go to NGO Slava Ukraini who delivers humanitarian aid directly to the regions where help is needed most urgently. To achieve this, NGO Slava Ukraini buys first aid trucks, fills them with essential items that have been asked for by the local contacts, and sends the cars to their partners in Ukraine who make sure help reaches its destinations as quickly as possible.
