Kriss Baglais, a member of the Latvian rap group "Rīmdari," has released "Monsters in Dreams," a new song and music video under his solo project Loopout.
This is the upcoming album's first single and title track. The music video's animations were created using artificial intelligence.
"The song "Monsters in Dreams" is a story about the monsters in my head, or the dark side of my personality, that sabotages opportunities to live to my fullest potential and fulfill my aspirations," states the song's author Kriss Baglais.
"This is the first single, as well as the title track, from the upcoming album, which is scheduled for release next year.” The record was produced by Reinis Karklins (Aleja Records), and the song's video was created by the artist Haralds Dravnieks, a doctoral student of media arts and creative technologies at the University of Liepaja.
"AI enables artists to create unique animations. Artificial intelligence is increasingly involved in digital art, graphic design, and animation," says Haralds.
Loopout is a hip-hop project by Latvian rapper/singer/guitarist Kriss Baglais. Kriss is also a member of a local hip-hop group Rīmdari. In 2021, Loopout released its debut EP 'Music from Nowhere'.
