THE ROOP has released a new single and music video for song "Multiply," which is taken from the band's most recent album "Concrete Flower."
The new single and music video comes with a surprise: listeners can hear not only the familiar voice of Vaidotas Valiukevičius, but also the voice of drummer Robertas Baranauskas on this song.
“Robertas is not only a great drummer, but also plays guitar and keys very well, and has a beautiful voice. So when he sent a demo of “Multiply” with the melody he suggested and sang, I realized that it was necessary to leave it like that. I believe my duet with Robertas worked out great”, – told the band’s leader V. Valiukevičius.
The new “Multiply” music video was produced using material from the band’s backstage life, concerts, and touring. Autumn is often considered the New Year for musicians, so the music video shows the year-long journey. The song is about the light and positivity that THE ROOP shares at their live shows and with the people they meet.
THE ROOP performed many concerts in different countries during this period. Besides the native Lithuania, the well-known band has already managed to introduce their show to the audiences of Italy, Germany, Poland, UK, Spain, Latvia and Estonia.
One of the most famous bands in Lithuania is intriguing because they are currently preparing a surprise for their homeland listeners and promises to present a Lithuanian song.
“We are currently preparing a gift for Lithuanian listeners who support and love us the most. It was the Lithuanians who believed in us and allowed us to rise a little higher. We feel that we want to sing in Lithuanian. Very soon”, – guitarist Mantas Banišauskas intrigued.
