A training program for independent artists and managers is being launched, which will provide an opportunity to participate in four training events focusing on key issues of the music business within one year. The current goal of the project is not only to create a digital platform in the field of educational and practical music, but also to analyze and talk about the future of the music industry.
The program is open for independent artists and managers with some international experience who wish to improve their knowledge and develop an international career. Two independent artists and two managers will be selected from each partner country. Candidacy is not limited by genre.
Participants will have the opportunity to get to know the field of music better. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to network, exchange their experiences, share their views of how the industry works in the participating countries, as well as discuss the innovation in the music sector. During the program, participants will be able to develop their strategic action plan.

- 17-19 November 2021 - Malmö, Sweden (Musikcentrum Syd)
- February 2022 - online session from Kiev (Music Export Ukraine)
- April 2022 - Tallinn (Music Estonia)
- August 2022 - Krakow, Poland (Tak Brzmi Miast)
