The festival has announced a second wave of acts that include UK rapper Central Cee, Drain Gang member Bladee from Sweden, Finnish superstar Isac Elliot and many others.
Headlining FLEX FEST 2023 is Central Cee. Currently, the most prominent British rapper welds together elements of hip-hop, trap and UK drill. From the success of his 2021 mixtape “Wild West” to multiple BRIT Award nominations, Central Cee is flying higher than ever. Last year, the artist went viral on TikTok with "Doja" – a song that sampled Eve's 2001 track "Let Me Blow Ya Mind", which has gained over 400 million global streams. Songs like "LET GO" and "Me & You" followed and Central Cee also became the first UK rapper to collect a billion streams on Spotify in a year.
Bladee is a Swedish rapper, singer, fashion designer, artist, and CEO of the music collective Drain Gang. He is a founding member of Drain Gang (fka Smög Boys) and a former member of Krossad (alongside ecco2k). Bladee’s discography includes eight studio albums, three mixtapes, five extended plays, six projects with Drain Gang, and various non-album singles. His most recent collaboration came on Skrillex’s album “Don’t Get Too Close” where Bladee is featured on two songs: “Ceremony” and “Real Spring”.
The Finnish superstar Isac Elliot will take the stage and also Lithuania’s most streamed artist of 2022 — DJ nevykele. Local acts KiROT, Pluuto, AROP, manna, Asena and Kitty Florentine were added to the line-up as well. Other artists previously announced to perform at FLEX FEST include Grammy-awarded UK producer and songwriter Mura Masa, Music Video of the Year star nublu, Hip-Hop/Rap Artist of the Year reket and Gram-Of-Fun, who received the trophies for Debut Album of the Year and Band of the Year, Finnish success story Mikael Gabriel, rap supergroup 5MIINUST and hitmaker Karl Killing.
