Hip-hop legend 50 Cent is coming to Baltics

Hip-hop artist 50 Cent

A triumphant return to Europe - one of the world's most successful rappers 50 Cent will give his first concert in the Baltic states and will perform his only 2 concerts this autumn, on October 9th & 10th, in Arena Riga, Latvia.

It is already clear that this will be the biggest hip-hop event of this scale in the Baltic states and an ambitious concert is expected in honor of the 20th anniversary since the release of 50 Cent's legendary debut album "Get Rich Or Die Tryin'". The special guest of the concert is Busta Rhymes.

Award-winning rapper, businessman, actor, and producer - 50 Cent is one of the most talented hip-hop artists in the world, who became famous exactly 20 years ago thanks to his Grammy award-winning debut album "Get Rich Or Die Tryin’”. The upcoming concert tour is dedicated to this anniversary. The album remains one of the fastest-selling rap albums of all time, reaching number one on the Billboard Hot 100 with "In Da Club" and "21 Questions," and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

50 Cent achieved similar commercial and critical success with his second album, “The Massacre (2005)”, which featured one of his all-time biggest hits, "Candy Shop." Over the years, 50 Cent underwent a musical change in the albums, including his fifth studio album “Animal Ambition (2014)”. In a recent interview, 50 Cent revealed that he is actively working on his latest album, which is planned to be released this year (2023), and in which he will team up with the legendary American rapper Dr. Dre.

50 Cent has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and won several major awards, including a Grammy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, thirteen Billboard Music Awards, six World Music Awards, three American Music Awards, and four "BET" awards. 2022's hip-hop elite blasted a Super Bowl halftime show that will go down in history as one of the best performances ever, with 50 Cent making a surprise appearance alongside Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, and Eminem.

Today, 50 Cent looks back on an impressive career as a musician, actor, producer, and entrepreneur. His hits have been heard by everyone and are still among the best and most listened-to hip-hop hits today. He is recognized as the most influential artist in the hip-hop industry and Billboard ranked him as the third-best rapper in the world behind Eminem and Nelly.

Don't miss your chance to see 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes perform live on October 9th at Arena Riga. This promises to be the concert of the year and an unforgettable experience for all hip-hop fans.
