Dramamama releases "Bad Company"

Estonian band Dramamama released a new song titled "Bad Company". The new Dramamama wanders into soundscapes of Classic Rock.

This melody came to me while I was walking my dog and as soon as we got back to the house the whole tune just poured out of me like a stream of consciousness. For a songwriter these moments are priceless and important to capture right away. These songs that just come to you out of nowhere tend to be the honest ones and relatable to listeners in my opinion. I guess the song itself is about looking at your thoughts and decisions through an emotional kaleidoscope, thinking about the company you keep, who are the ones you let close and are these people really your friends. We arranged and recorded the core of the song with the band live in the studio in Tallinn and our exile member Laur Joamets recorded some beautiful pedal steel work in Nashville," describes frontman of the band Mikk Tammepõld
Dramamama was formed in 2008 with the intention to bring some rock & roll into the heavily pop oriented Estonian music scene. Founded by singer Mikk Tammepõld, guitarist Laur Joamets & bass guitarist Viljar Norman, the band has since released three studio albums: Dramamama (2009), VIP (2012) & Uphill Battle (2020). After the band’s guitarist Laur Joamets (who moved to the USA in 2013 to play in the Grammy-winning Sturgill Simpson’s band, now in Drivin N Cryin, LORE) have given occasional live performances and recorded an album in Nashville.
