Following the release of his debut single "Life As It Is" and a self-made stop motion lyric video, Latvian artist Karlis Sheen has recently released a new song "Stay The F*** Away From Me" in which he gets creative once more.
“The song is a detour from my usual genre blends as I wanted to experiment and make an intimate, dark, Two Feet and Arctic Monkey's influenced song featuring my own created samples, synths, and electronic sounds. From shaking my own bracelets, grinding kitchen knives together to create transitioning sounds, adding vocal percussions that were transformed into this glitchy noise in the chorus, it was a lot of fun creating this song”, shares Karlis Sheen.
“Stay The F*** Away From Me” is a song about being involved in a toxic relationship, where one of party's can't seem to make up their mind on what they actually want out of this relationship. This then leads to, well, let's just say - “frequent physical interactions” leaving the other person feeling used and hurt. This song serves a message about these types of relationships, considering how common they are nowadays as well as to encourage people to end them.
