The Eurovision Song Contest is one of the most anticipated events of the year, and Lithuania’s national selection, Eurovizija.LT, is no exception. The competition is already underway, with the first heat having taken place. Let’s take a closer look at what happened and what we can expect from the upcoming heats and the final.
The first heat of Eurovizija.LT 2024 took place on January 13, featuring eight acts. After all the votes were counted, Silvester Belt with “Luktelk” and VB gang with “Kaboom!!!” earned their ticket to the final round on February 17 at the Švyturys Arena in Klaipėda. But the excitement doesn't end there. Mark your calendars for the second heat on January 20, followed by the third heat on January 27, the fourth heat on February 3, and the fifth and final heat on February 10.

The winner of Eurovizija.LT 2024 will represent Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. Lithuania has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 23 times since its debut in 1994. Their best result came in 2006, when LT United performed the iconic song “We Are The Winners (of Eurovision)” finishing in 6th place.
