Kalush Orchestra, winners of Eurovision, release emotional music video

The Ukrainian rap and folk band Kalush Orchestra won the Eurovision Song Contest with their song "Stephania." This is the third time Ukraine has won Eurovision, after singers Ruslana in 2004 and Jamala in 2016. Now they've released a video for the song. It was shot in Bucha, Irpen, Gostomel and Borodyanka.

"I once dedicated this song to my mother, and when the war broke out, the song took on a lot of new meanings. Although there is not a word about the war in the song, many people began to associate the song with mother Ukraine. Moreover, society began to call it the anthem of our war! But if Stefania is now the anthem of our war, I would like it to become the anthem of our victory," says Kalush.

The president of Ukraine thanked Kalush Orchestra for its performance at Eurovision 2022 and all who voted for Ukraine.

"We will do everything to one day host Eurovision in a Ukrainian Mariupol," said Zelensky, "I'm sure our victorious chord in the battle with the enemy is not far off."
