Latvian singer Saint Levića (real name Santa Daņeļeviča) releases her second single in Latvian. The song "Pieradini mani" (eng. "Tame Me") was created during the music writing camp "RIGaLIVE" organised by the Latvian Music Development Association/Latvian Music Export Office.
"Pieradini mani" was written during the 8th session of RIGaLIVE, when the team formed by the organisers included singer Saint Levića, songwriter and performer Lūcija Sičevska and producer, singer, songwriter Patriks Peterson.
According to the songwriters, this single is a reflection of personal experiences and various struggles with oneself, and it delivers a message of love, life, memories and peace. This song is about cherishing the good moments and finding peace in the midst of life's many challenges.
"I am inexpressibly happy to deliver this song to the listeners. "Pieradini mani" is a very special song for me, so I hope that with its light and melodic sound it will be able to bring comfort into everyone's life just when they need it most. Many thanks to RIGaLIVE for this camp, where I was able to realise my creative ideas, and for their support," says Saint Levića.
The music video of the single shows how the protagonist "puts on" different female characters that symbolise freedom in self-expression and that we can definitely be who we are. The video was directed and filmed by Katerina Jakovļeva.
