On January 29 at Philly Joe's Jazz Club in Tallinn will perform latvian musician Artis Boriss. Artis Boriss is a jazz pianist, keyboard player and producer. Originally from Riga, Latvia, he has been playing the piano since childhood. After graduating from Riga Cathedral Choir School’s jazz department Artis continued his studies in the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre with pianist Kristjan Randalu.
Currently Artis lives in Tallinn where he is a band member of Rita Ray, Rahel and Siim Aimla Funk band. Besides jazz, Artis’ main interests include different experiments with sounds and keyboards and producing beats. Right now Artis is working on his debut album with his original music where all these interests unite together creating a unique and exciting music experience.
